Message	If he sends you paypal e-check, let it clear before you ship it. Besides like everyone said, he gave you his tt.net username lol. Last but not least, you're the seller you have the upper hand, how does he not know YOU are not the scammer and wont ship him his parts? Point is I rather be a seller than the buyer.
